Natrona County, WY — Over a two-day period, Natrona County authorities arrested at least 19 people on charges ranging from probation violations and public intoxication to domestic battery and DUI.
While the arrest log excludes juvenile cases and individuals accused of sex crimes (which are protected by state law), it does provide insight into the types of offenses that local law enforcement is currently investigating.
According to the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office, these people were detained between June 18 and June 20, 2025, though formal charges may differ from those initially listed by arresting agencies.
Among the notable arrests:
Eric Brown, 34, was booked for Domestic Battery and is being held for Probation and Parole.
Ramon Pacheco, 51, faces charges of 1st Degree Domestic Battery and Public Intoxication.
Shyann Dysart, 32, was arrested for DUI: Alcohol .08% or More.
Shane Matz, 42, is listed with six counts of Failure to Comply.
Several individuals, including Bobby Davis (36) and Gina Fabricus (37), were detained due to failure to appear in court.
Other charges include courtesy holds, criminal warrants, and abuse of emergency services, such as Nicole Hall, 53, who was arrested for calling 911 for non-emergency purposes.
