$725 stimulus payment: Dozens of families to cash in on this deposit in August if they meet these requirements in California

Sacramento County is continuing its efforts to combat poverty and strengthen the most vulnerable families. The Family First Economic Support Pilot (FFESP) is a guaranteed income proposal designed to provide financial relief and opportunities to parents and legal guardians of young children.

The FFESP, led by United Way California Capital Region in collaboration with Sacramento County’s Department of Child, Family, and Adult Services (DCFAS), extends beyond direct financial assistance.

Beneficiary families will have access to a wide range of support services, such as referrals to local community organizations, personalized financial counseling, monthly webinars, and peer support groups.

To apply for the $725 stimulus payment, individuals must submit an electronic application at ffesp.org. However, the deadline has already passed. Applications were accepted until 11:59 p.m. on April 27, 2025.
