POCATELLO — A man was transported to the hospital early Sunday morning after a single-vehicle accident in south Pocatello.
near 1 a.m., a Toyota SUV crashed near Bannock Highway and Gibson Jack Road.
The SUV’s adult male driver and lone occupant were seriously injured when it off the road and flipped, according to investigators.
Following the incident, the individual was transported to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment by the Pocatello Fire Department ambulance.
His name and condition have not been revealed.
The SUV was totaled in the accident, and Bannock Highway was briefly closed.
Pocatello police continue to investigate the crash.
