CASPER, Wyo. — A 75-year-old Mills woman has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, which Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigations agents say they discovered packaged in varying amounts in separate bags at her home.
Delores Marie Endicott was charged in circuit court last week with possessing 55.7 grams of methamphetamine and intent to deliver. Unless proven or pleaded guilty, she is presumed innocent.
According to the DCI agent’s affidavit, agents executed a search warrant at the Mills residence on August 20 and contacted multiple people.
According to the report, Riverton agents requested that the Central Enforcement team conduct surveillance on the home on Brooks Avenue for a week prior to the search.
An anonymous tip stated that a woman known as “Dee” was selling methamphetamine from her home and her red Cadillac.
Agents confirmed that a red Cadillac registered to Endicott was parked in front of the residence on Brooks Avenue, just blocks from the Mills police station.
The tipster also stated that she stored her stash in a fabric bag, which was discovered during the search, along with a digital scale.
Agents allegedly discovered eight individual packages containing methamphetamine weighing between 1.3 and 22.2 grams, which the agent stated was typical in distribution cases.
An alleged 55.7 grams of methamphetamine was discovered, along with approximately 2.2 grams of suspected marijuana.
Endicott was granted a $15,000 cash or surety bond on August 21 and waived her preliminary hearing on September 9. She is expected to enter a plea during her district court arraignment in about a month.
