Auditions for the Trident and WYO Theaters’ annual production of The Rocky Horror Picture will be held on September 22 and 23.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a musical rip of the B-movie genre that has become a cult classic.
Auditions for the cast will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the WYO’s Mars Black Box Theater. Monday and Tuesday, September 22-23.
Those auditioning are not required to attend both nights, but they are encouraged to do so, which, according to director Aaron Odom, gives performers one more chance to be seen.
Erin Butler, Executive Director of the WYO Performing Arts and Education Center, stated that the one-time performance provides the cast with a rare opportunity to be someone different, or even more themselves.
