Campbell County Health employs temporary phone solutions amidst Verizon connectivity concerns

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Due to ongoing Verizon connectivity issues affecting inbound calls to Campbell County Health, CCH has deployed temporary cellphones with AT&T/FirstNet service to key departments to ensure continued access to care and patient communication.

According to a Campbell County Health release, patients attempting to contact CCH may encounter difficulty connecting via traditional Verizon-supported lines. To ensure continued access, CCH has provided temporary phone numbers for high-traffic departments.

“If patients are unable to reach their provider or a specific department, they may call one of the appropriate temporary numbers listed below,” according to the release. “Their name and phone number will be collected and routed internally to the appropriate department. All patient calls will be returned before the end of the business day.”
