Pennsylvania — A woman was found dead inside an SUV after being shot multiple times early Wednesday morning in the Crafton Heights neighborhood.
Pittsburgh Police responded to the 1400 block of Chartiers Avenue at 4:27 a.m. after receiving a two-round ShotSpotter alert.
When officers arrived, they found a woman inside the vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
She was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead shortly after 5 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing. At this time, Pittsburgh Police have not released the victim’s name or information about a potential suspect.
