by GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man is dead following an early morning shooting Friday in Grand Rapids, raising concerns across nearby communities, including the city of Wyoming, Michigan.
Police say the shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. on the 1400 block of Wealthy Street Southeast. Officers arrived to find the victim critically injured. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he passed away approximately an hour later.
