Gunfire erupted during a class reunion in Tennessee on Saturday, injuring four people, and police are looking for the shooter.

Authorities in Chattanooga have yet to release a description of the suspect, but have assured people that no threat to the public exists, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

According to multiple reports, the four shooting victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

“Everybody was just having a good time,” eyewitness Jeoff Herman told Chattanooga’s Local News 3.

“Then all of a sudden, shots started flying everywhere. Everything was on the ground, including young children and babies. “It was really bad.”

The shooting occurred at about 3 p.m. local time.

Attendees of the reunion told Local News 3 that they fled the scene amid the chaos.

Others dropped to the ground to take cover.

A motive for the violence, if known, has not been released by police.
