Drew appeared before District Court Judge Ben Kirven and pleaded not guilty to two felony drug charges for possessing methamphetamine and fentanyl. The alleged crimes all took place in Sheridan County between December 22, 2024 and February 7, 2025.

At Tuesday’s arraignment, District Court Judge Darci Phillips stated that a three-day jury trial against Drew is scheduled to begin on November 17, and that both cases involving the four charges have been consolidated into one.

Judge Phillips announced that a pretrial conference will be held on October 23 at 11:30 a.m. Phillips also consolidated Drew’s bond and designated it as a $50,000 cash only bond. If convicted on all four counts, Drew faces up to 41 years in prison and a $70,000 fine.
