Gloria Merina Wass, 64, of Hudson, was sentenced to time served and will be on supervised release for three years for methamphetamine distribution, the US Department of Justice announced.
According to court documents, on Monday, October 28, 2024, the defendant sold methamphetamine to an undercover law enforcement agent and promised to sell him more in the future.
The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation investigated the crime. Assistant United States Attorney Timothy W. Gist prosecuted the case.
Wass was indicted on January 15, 2025 and pleaded guilty on March 3, 2025. On July 1, 2025, U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl imposed the sentence in Casper.
