Biker died in crash with deer and automobile near Sheridan

RAPID CITY, S.D. – On August 2, a Canadian motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Interstate 90 about 15 miles north of Sheridan.

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, after hitting the deer, the motorcyclist was hit by a driver who did not see him on the road and dragged him for a short distance.

The rider, Jorden Mccullough (39) of Calgary, Alberta, died on the scene.

As of this release, there had been 77 fatalities on Wyoming roadways in 2025, compared to 58 in 2024 and 90 in 2023.
