Warren, Michael, 32, Riverton, Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, Available Narrative: “While investigating another incident in Riverton City Park, an officer made contact with Michael Warren, 32 years old from Riverton, and noticed obvious signs of alcohol impairment and arrested him for Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana.”

Sitingeagle, Talissa, 26, Riverton, Public intoxication, Available Narrative: RP advised an intoxicated female subject came in saying she was “running from abuse;” “Talisa Sittingeagle, 26 years old from Riverton, was arrested for public intoxication with a BAC of.229. “No signs of abuse were observed.”

Brown, Charles, 28, Arapahoe, public intoxication, indecent exposure, warrant, available. Narrative: RP reported an unconscious subject with their pants down: “Charles Brown, 28 years old from Arapaho, was arrested for public intoxication with a BAC of.32 and indecent exposure. Mr. Brown also had a Fremont County arrest warrant for FTA.

Moon, Chasten, 34, Ethete, public intoxication, interference, warrant, available. Narrative: RP advised of a subject lying on a bench for two hours; “Chasten Moon, 34, of Ethete, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Interference after providing a false name.” Mr. Moon also had a Riverton Municipal warrant for FTA.

Chandler Edwards, 56, Riverton, DWUI, Available Narrative: “Chandler Edwards, 56, of Riverton, was driving a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation when he displayed signs of alcohol impairment, failed the field sobriety tests, and was arrested for DWUI. A subsequent ECIR test at the station revealed a BAC of.157”.

Warren, Kateri, 43, Arapahoe, Public Intoxication, Available Narrative: RP advised of a subject lying face down on the ground and not waking up; “Kateri Warren, 43 years old from Arapahoe, was arrested for Public Intoxication with a BAC of.240.”
