On September 5, about 2:00 a.m., Star Police responded to a kidnapping incident in the Eagle Foothills.
According to the Eagle Police Facebook page, an adult man called Ada County Dispatch and informed them that he had been kidnapped earlier that evening.
According to officials, the victim was enticed to the area on the guise of a photography session before being held and abused.
Steen Lamb, 22 years old, was recognized as the suspect by police. He was apprehended and put into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony second-degree kidnapping.
According to authorities, the victim and the suspect knew each other.
