Laramie County's 'Most Wanted' list now includes two new fugitives

The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office has added two more fugitives to its “Most Wanted” list.

Joseph Carrera, 36, and Domonique Hernandez-Walker, 23, both from Cheyenne, are among the department’s top ten most wanted fugitives.

Both are being sought on felony warrants for failure to appear, Carrera on a burglary charge and Hernandez-Walker on a strangulation of a household member charge.

Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.

Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.

Alexander Parish and Montegua Presbury, who were added to the list on May 12.

Sergio Taylor and Ann Wallace, who were added to the list on May 13.

Tips that are not time-sensitive can be left by calling Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 307-638-TIPS or going to silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com.

Informants will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
