A Cheyenne woman, 36, who was added to the “Most Wanted” list by the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office on May 12 and captured 11 days later, has bonded out of jail.
On May 23, the LCSO posted on Facebook that they contacted law enforcement partners in Gillette to locate and apprehend Abby Nichole Delf, who lived in the area.
Delf, who was wanted by Laramie County Circuit Court for felony theft, was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on May 29. The crime carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, $10,000 fine, or both.
She appeared in Circuit Court on the charge the next afternoon, May 30.
Delf’s bond was set at $5,000 at 10%, and she posted it on June 2. Her preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 9 at 10 a.m.

Deputies are still looking for the nine most wanted fugitives:

Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.

Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.

Kristin Saenz, who was added to the list on Jan. 16.


Alexander Parish and Montegua Presbury, who were added to the list on May 12.


Sergio Taylor and Ann Wallace, who were added to the list on May 13.

And Robin Hoback, who was added to the list on May 15.
