Residency: Applicants must reside in one of the following zip codes: 95815, 95821, 95823, 95825, 95828 and 95838.
Applicants must have a child aged 0 to 5 years: Applicants must be the parent/legal guardian of a child aged 0 to 5 years, and the child must reside with the parent/legal guardian at least 50% of the time.
Household income: Applicants must have an annual household income below 200% of the federal poverty level.
Not already receiving a guaranteed income from another pilot or program: Applicants cannot currently be participating in other government or privately funded guaranteed income programs.
When will the $725 stimulus payment arrive in California?
The deposit will arrive on July 15, 2025. FFESP payments are deposited on the 15th of each month.
How do you apply to receive payment?
Any eligible person can submit an electronic application through the application link on the ffesp.org website. However, applications were accepted until 11:59 p.m. on April 27, 2025. Applications are only available electronically.
