NIRA Alumni & the World of Rodeo Reunion & Gold Card Gathering Is Happening Dec. 15

Hello Vegas!
The National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Alumni, Inc. (NIRAA) announced that they will host a breakfast reunion and collaborate with the World of Rodeo Reunion and Gold Card Gathering luncheon. The two homecomings will take place the final Friday-December 15 of the National Finals Rodeo in The Orleans Casino and Hotel.

For just $85, NIRA Alumni can attend both events. The NIRA Alumni Reunion and Wake-Up Breakfast will begin at 8:30 am and end at 10 am with current and former NIRA champions and competitors. NIRA Alumni will then transcend into the World of Rodeo Reunion at 10 am for lunch, entertainment, and special guests. Reservations must be made by October 31 and alumni can call 210-415-9091 or email to purchase a ticket. Both events will take place upstairs in The Orleans. We have made it easy for you to pay: You can pay with a credit card or a check online here. Or you can send a check to NIRAA, Inc. 3211 Elys Path San Antonio, Texas 78230.

“The World of Rodeo Reunion and Gold Card Gathering has become a premier NFR Event and it seemed like a natural partnership for the NIRA Alumni to host a gathering in Las Vegas. It is difficult for many to travel to Casper in June. Consequently, we decided that this would be a perfect fit for NIRA alumni to reconnect with teammates and former competitors in Las Vegas,” stated Mary Fuller, NIRAA President.

She continued, “We will still honor our NIRA Champions ending in the year number “4” at our 32nd Annual NIRA Alumni Reunion in Casper, Wy. June 14, 2024.”

Reserve a hotel room before Nov. 3 at The Orleans and receive a special room rate for Gold Card and NIRA Alumni attendees. Call 1-800-675-3267 and use the code GCRL23P.

The purpose of the NIRA Alumni is to hold an annual reunion to honor past National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) participants and alumni, award scholarships to current NIRA participants, promote college rodeo, and preserve college rodeo history. The NIRAA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.

The NIRA Alumni, Inc. board of directors are a group of volunteers who have been contestants, coaches and love the sport of rodeo. The original founders 31 years ago created an organization to celebrate the family of college rodeo.

We hope to see NIRA Alumni in Vegas!
