Hello, Rodeo Fans! My name is Elle Bucher, and I am your Miss Teen Rodeo Montana 2023!
As I look ahead at my year, I can not express how excited I am to represent rodeo in our great state. I am currently a Junior at Big Sky High School in the Health Science Academy, FFA, and The National Honor Society! My rodeo journey started at the Western Montana Fair. I loved the glitter, grit, and grace of the rodeo queens and knew, from then on, I wanted to be in that arena. It amazes me that since then, I have earned two titles and am now your Miss Teen Rodeo Montana. On this journey, I have learned so much more about the sport I love, and I am incredibly excited to share it with all of you!
I will be traveling all over the state this year promoting rodeo, and our western lifestyle. You can find me at the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale, May 18-20th, the Montana Trappers Association Youth Trapper Camp, June 10th, the 100th anniversary of the Wolf Point Rodeo July 6-8th, the Kootenai River Stampede in Libby July 28-29th, the Missoula Stampede at the Western Montana Fair, August 9-11th, and many more events and rodeos in the coming year.

When I am not running between rodeos, school visits, and sponsor visits, you can find me on my family’s ranchette putting miles on my horses or working down at the Big Sky Horse Park. In my free time, I am learning to breakaway rope in preparation to compete in high school and college rodeo. Life is always a whirlwind for a rodeo queen, but as long as you have a good horse under you, you can not go wrong. I hope to see you all down the rodeo road this year. Let’s slap some leather!
