A recent example occurred in Oregon, where an elderly anti-Trump protester was attacked by two of the president’s supporters. The attack was clearly unjustified, and it left the community upset and concerned about the man’s health.
The innocent man was protesting alongside other people when the pro-Trump couple arrived in their truck. The wife (assuming they are married) came out first and began yelling at the man.
Her husband then followed her and violently pushed the protester to the ground. He wasn’t concerned about his age or the consequences of his actions. When the anti-Trump protester falls, you can hear him cry out in pain.
Unfortunately, he sustained a head injury and had to be transported to the hospital. Following the attack, the couple drove away with their dog in the truck, seemingly unconcerned about the victim. The only positive aspect is that OP stated that the police were looking for them.
People React to the Oregon Attack
The attack in Oregon sparked widespread outrage. The community is currently upset that the couple escaped.
This did not last long, as a community member reported seeing Trump supporters arrested. They wrote this:
“Dude, I saw this guy and his wife get arrested outside Waldport a few hours ago. He was cuffed behind the truck, while the Sheriff was cuffing his wife.
By the time I returned from the Feed Store, I had seen another State Trooper and an unmarked truck. The sad thing is that their 12-year-old child was talking to them from outside the sheriff’s rig.”
It is good that they will face the consequences of their actions. The protester is also preparing to file charges. “That meets the legal criteria for assault, if they want to press charges,” one person suggested.
OP agreed, saying, “Yes, they are pressing charges as far as we’ve heard.” In addition, some people began insulting the two. “Jfc. These individuals are feral. “They don’t deserve that dog,” one user wrote.

Another positive development is that the eyewitness provided an update and confirmed that the two were arrested. They included the following information: “Heard from one of the victim’s friends that the suspects are in custody and the victim is at the hospital with no updates on his condition yet.” Hopefully, he will be fine and able to sue the pro-Trump couple.
