WCRA (World Champions Rodeo Alliance) and the Lazy E Arena will make a breakthrough announcement
regarding youth rodeo during the Lazy E Arena’s Cinch World Championship Junior Rodeo. The press conference will be held in the main arena at the Lazy E Arena and will be available via web stream on the WCRA DY Facebook Page.

The Lazy E Arena centrally located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, is host to such popular permanent fixtures as the Cinch Timed Event Championship and National Little Britches Rodeo Association Finals. The Arena made events like the National High School Finals Rodeo and Bob Feist Invitational Team Roping Classic possible in 2020 during COVID Shutdowns.
In 2021, the Fabulous Lazy E added the Cinch World Championship Junior Rodeo presented by Montana
Silversmiths to its all-star lineup. Setting the high bar for the rodeo record books, the event plans on paying an estimated $271,000 in 2022 with the goal of being the richest youth rodeo in all of the western sports.
The WCJR includes bareback riding, breakaway roping, steer wrestling, team roping, goat tying, saddle bronc riding, pole bending, tie-down roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.
